The ever popular Festival of Chichester Harbour Walks returns next week celebrating 31 years of walking Chichester Harbour.
Over three consecutive days 10 -12 June, walkers will be able to enjoy excellent views, good company and great walking around Chichester Harbour. The three walks follow shoreline footpaths and include stops at many of our picturesque harbour villages. Led by guides with an extensive knowledge of the area, each day will be an informative and enjoyable experience.
The walks are between 10 – 12 miles each. As all the walks are linear, a coach will take us to the start point each morning. Most lunch breaks are at harbour sailing clubs and each day includes a break for coffee and cake so walkers can relax and enjoy the views.
festival organiser Judi Darley says, ‘we have moved the date to June this year and look forward to welcoming more new walkers to the Festival. This is always an enjoyable event and makes a great introduction to Chichester Harbour’.
Walks are £18 each, full details and booking forms can be downloaded here or call 01243 513275.
