Step into the UK’s premiere mediaeval family fun day out when the Loxwood Joust opens its gates on Saturday 02 & Sunday 03 August 2014.
Explore your heritage as the Battle of Loxwood unfolds complete with skirmishes, weapons demonstrations and a recreated battlefield camp. Watch little knights and princesses improve their aim with have-a-go Archery or Pelting the Peasant. On the woodland stage the Mediaeval Baebes evoke romantic tales of chivalry, love and loss to packed audiences, alongside Mummers and wandering minstrels.
And there are plenty of opportunities to sup fine ales and dine on local organic fayre.
