Hollybank is a lovely Georgian country house with elegant rooms and views of Chichester Harbour, set in a beautiful 10 acre woodland garden, on the outskirts of Emsworth and as such provides a unique, romantic and friendly venue for a wedding reception or indeed any other function.

Usually set in a marquee, weddings can be tailored to your own style using caterers, florists and other suppliers of your choice. There is no charge for corkage so you can supply your own wine from any source.

The grounds have ample car parking and the house and car park are floodlight at night.

The main reception rooms of the house can be used for welcoming your guests, and indeed for smaller weddings or other functions without the need for a marquee, but this is normally limited to about 70 people.

Some guests can also use the Bed & Breakfast facilities so they are on hand.

Road Directions

From east and west A27 at Havant, take A259 into Emsworth. At roundabout take 1st exit B2148 under railway & road bridges. After 0.7 mile turn right at traffic islands into South Leigh Road. Take 3rd left into Hollybank Lane. House is at top of lane, through white gates & up long drive. From North leave A3M at J2 & follow signs for Emsworth B2149 & B2148. Take 1st left after Emsworth sign into South Leigh Road as above.
