"Cloisters" prides itself on organic produce, fair trade suppliers and freshly cooked food, featuring dishes such as smoked haddock with a gruyere and tomato gratin, supreme of chicken in a mushroom and tarragon sauce and roasted sweet potato with a bean ragu. Old favourites also appear on the menu along with baked potatoes and a range of hot and cold sandwiches.

There is a roast on Sundays and bookings can be made in advance. "Cloisters" also has a beautiful walled garden and the stunning Cathedral spire can be seen through its glazed roof.

Monday to Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Sundays 10.00am - 4.00pm
