Graze Restaurant

A glamorous dining experience in the heart of Regency Brighton and Hove, Graze Taster Restaurant serves traditional British European cooking with a very modern approach. The menus, designed by Head Chef and co-proprietor Adrian Geddes, are inspired by what is available both locally and seasonally. Sample a number of the AA rosette-winning starter sized creations from a menu which is split equally between seafood, vegetarian and meat dishes or indulge yourself with a 7 or 9 course degustation menu with optional wine matching if you want to go for the full gastronomic experience.
