As well as the little tea room, we have a very pretty little country cottage garden at the front and side of our quaint brick cottage. This provides an excellent outdoor venue when the weather is favourable.

The choice and quality of the food is excellent. As well as afternoon tea choices we have sandwiches, homemade scones and cakes there are light lunches, Sunday roasts and even seasonal barbeques.

The restaurant has 21 covers. Tea Garden is approx 35 covers set in a mature English county garden at the foot of the South Downs
