Our Head Chef Chris Moore heads up a brigade of dedicated chefs who produce the most fabulous food, with much of our fruit and vegetables coming from our own organically run Walled Garden. Game comes from the estate during the winter months and all the food is sourced as locally as possible.
We are extremely proud to have been awarded our third AA Rosette, making us the only restaurant in East Sussex to hold this accolade, and one of the top 10% in Great Britain and Ireland.

Road Directions
From M23 take A23 south & then pick up A272 signed Haywards Heath. Go through Haywards Heath towards Uckfield. You will soon arrive at Newick village. Once in there turn right onto the green. Follow signs for Newick Park Country Estate. Approx 1.5 miles later you will reach a t-junction. Turn left & very shortly reach entrance for country estate on right hand side.
