Oki-Nami

Oki-Nami the restaurant was based in Hove for 13 years before this year moving to its new home just a couple of doors from the Theatre Royal in Brighton.

The design of the new restaurant is clean, simple and welcoming but what head chef Mike Dodd is truly passionate about is creating an authentic Japanese culinary experience, using two fundamental principles of Japanese cooking, the quality and the freshness of ingredients.
