Zilli Brasserie

Charismatic chef Aldo Zilli has recently opened his newest restaurant, Zilli Brasserie to coincide with the official launch of the funkiest of destination hotels, myhotel Brighton.

The restaurant, with a total capacity of 240, serves traditional Italian cuisine, with all produce sourced from local suppliers; the emphasis is on a wide variety of the freshest seafood.

Zilli Brasserie features a stunning al fresco terrace wth 120 covers and a chef's table for up to 14 guests who can observe close-up the talents of the celebrated chef at work.

On the opposite end of the restaurant, cosy, plush banquettes that can be partitioned into private areas provide an ideal spot for informal gatherings, casual lunches or business conferences.
