Birchwood Lodge is a Scandinavian-style bungalow set in glorious countryside in West Sussex. Birchwood Lodge was purpose-built by Scandia Hus in 2002 and is not a conversion from farm buildings. It is located in the grounds of the owners's house which is 100 yards away. Birchwood Lodge has full central heating, triple glazing and a high standard of insulation and is suitable for holiday use in all seasons. There is private parking for a maximum of two cars.
Birchwood Lodge is at the end of a cul-de-sac lane 2/3rds of a mile from the public highway. There is no passing traffic and there is good access to the countryside for walking via footpaths and bridleways. Use of the owners' heated outdoor pool (36ft x 18ft) is offered subject to arrangement with the owners. (April to September)
Maximum occupancy is four people in two bedrooms - one double and one twin. A fold up bed or a cot for an extra child can be made available as can a high chair. There is a secure fenced area of garden suitable for young children immediately to the rear of Birchwood Lodge. Children's toys can be borrowed by arrangement.
One well behaved dog may be accommodated subject to prior agreement with the owners.
Bedlinen, towels, electricity and heating oil are included in the price. Towels are for indoor use only. Visitors who wish to swim should bring their own towels for swimming. (April to September)
