Accommodation Details
A comfortable home in a peaceful location, with ample on-site parking. The en-suite double room is on the first floor. The ground floor double and twin rooms share a spacious bathroom, which has a low-sided whirlpool bath and large enclosed shower – both appreciated by less able guests. Each room has TV, radio-alarm, hospitality tray and hairdryer. Guests enjoy the well-tended garden and sunny patio. English breakfast includes home-made preserves. A guest lounge is provided, together with a refrigerator for guests use.
Eastmere has easy access to the A27, Goodwood, South Downs and South Coast beaches - located midway between Chichester, with its cathedral and theatre, and Arundel, with its castle. Guests visit Portsmouth’s ships, also stately homes and gardens. There are numerous attractive country pubs and restaurants serving high quality meals. To the warm welcome from the owners, Jean and Bernard, add high sunshine records. Children are welcome but no pets. Open May to September.
Road Directions
From A27 at Fontwell take A29 towards Bognor Regis.Take 2nd on left into Eastergate Lane Eastmere House is 1/3 mile on the left.
From Bognor, take A29 North at A259 roundabout. After Eastergate (Fontwell Avenue) Eastergate Lane is the second turning on the right.
