Grandwood House

Grandwood House was built in the turn of the last century & nestles within the Sussex Downs, just a few miles West of Chichester. A haven away from the hustle & bustle of the city but minutes away, perfect for either business or pleasure.
We have a selection of King-size, Double Ensuite & Twin Ensuite rooms set within the mature grounds of the main house. Each room has its own entrance into spacious bedroom area & ensuite shower room. All rooms have been refurnished totally early 2007. Rooms facilities include tea,coffee & hot chocolate making facilities, Freeview Satellite TV, DVD player, Alarm Clocks & Hairdryers. We have ample secure off road parking and all rooms have guest controlled central heating systems.
We pride ourselves on our hearty breakfasts using locally sourced produce served in the main house or garden weather permitting.
Grandwood is ideally situated for walking and cycling as it is surrounded by foot paths & bridle paths and also perfect for Chichester's famous Festival Theatre, Racecourse, Motor Racing Circuit & not forgetting the wonderful coastal inlets & harbour. There is a good range of local pubs & restaurants within 1/2-2miles.
