Harkaway is located in the beautiful tranquil village of Bury overlooking the glorious South Downs. Guests have their own entrance, so once they have arrived and collected a key, can come and go as they please. The dining room and patio overlook the garden which is regularly visited by dozens of wild birds throughout the day. Guests are invited to relax in the garden. Harkaway is an ideal base for walking the miles of footpaths or visiting the numerous attractions on our doorstep. Only 0.5 miles from the South Downs Way, 5 minutes walk to the River Arun and 1.5 miles to Amberley train station. There is a lounge with a television, and drink-making facilities available at all times. Guests are offered a choice of a generous Full English, Vegetarian or Continental Breakfast from 6.30 - 9.00am. This is a no-smoking household. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Road Directions
Approx 35 miles from M25, 30 miles from M23 & M27, & 5 miles from Arundel & Pulborough, just off A29.
From Pulborough go 5 miles South on A29, turning left at foot of Bury Hill, just before Squire & Horse Restaurant into The Street, and right again at the crossroads signposted Houghton & Amberley. Harkaway is on the left just after the turning to Coombe Crescent.
