Secluded house in delightful gardens. Distant views of the South Downs and sea. Ideally situated for many local attractions. Walking distance to town, pubs and restaurants. Downstairs suite available for partially disabled. Comfortable smoking room located in garden. Cuckoo Trail for excellent walks and cycling nearby. One hour to Gatwick or Channel tunnel. Fridge & cooling fans, iron & ironing board in all rooms.

Road Directions

Through Heathfield on the A265 towards Burwash. Once passed shops continue up Mutton Hall Hill to first crossroads with traffic lights. Turn SHARP left into Mutton Hall Lane which is a cul-de-sac. We are second from last house in the lane on left hand side with B&B sign on the gate.
