Milestone Cottage

This self-contained holiday cottage in conveniently located in the heart of picturesque West Sussex, close to the village of Wisborough Green. Recently converted to a high standard, this former "hovel" offers comfortable accommodation in a unique and cosy setting.
Overlooking a paved courtyard within the grounds of the owner's 15th century Sussex home, this character cottage with its vaulted ceiling and oak beams, provides a tastefull furnished open living and sleeping area with an adjoining kitchen/dining area.
The cottage consists of one double bed on the ground floor with a separate galleried "sleeping loft", accessed by an oak spiral staircase, which can be varied to accommodate up to two children if required.
All bed linen, duvets and towels are provided.
The cottage provides an ideal base for exploring the many attractions around the South of England, but should you prefer to take a break from driving, the mainline station at Billingshurst is less than two miles away with regular servcies to Portsmouth and London.
Wisborough Green is very fortunate in having three good traditional pubs all serving food; one within walking distance of the cottage. There is a well stocked village store with a post office.
