A delightful 16th Century Grade II Listed cottage, near the Landgate. The cottage has a wealth of beams and a large inglenook fireplace, with a wood burning stove and original bread oven. The property sleeps 4 people with a first floor double bedroom up a steep set of stairs. A well fitted bathroom with Heritage air bath, and a further steep set of stairs to the 2nd bedroom, furnished with 2 comfortable 3’ beds. Downstairs, the living room has a 2 seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a dining table with 4 wrought iron chairs. LCD TV with Freeview, multi-region DVD player. Pretty courtyard garden with table and chairs.
Road Directions
Exit the M20 at Junction 10 (Ashford). Follow signs for the A2070, signposted Brenzett, continue straight over roundabout onto the A259, signposted Rye, and continue into the town. Further directions can be given at the time of booking.
